Why does damp come back after painting?
Because paint does not stop water. Unless the source is repaired, the moisture keeps coming through and the new paint fails again.
How do you find where a leak is coming from?
We inspect the damaged area and everything around it: the roof, the bathrooms above, the plumbing runs and the outside walls. Then we open only what is needed to confirm the source.
Do you restore the finish after the repair?
Yes. After the waterproofing we restore the plaster, paint, tiles and joinery, so the job is finished in one go.
